Cost and Payment

What does it cost to rent the venue, and what is included?

What is the payment schedule and what forms of payment are accepted?

We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. Full payment is due no later than 90 days before the event. We accept all major credit card payment forms, ACH transfers, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, cash, and cashier's checks. A major Credit Card must be on file for incidentals and any contract change costs.

Facilities, Amenities, Catering, and Alcohol

Are there any restrictions on decorations?

For safety and preservation, all candles must be flameless, and decorations may not be hung from ceilings or walls without prior approval.

What are the alcohol service regulations?

All alcoholic beverages must be served by a licensed Jones Farm bartender. You can select from our bar packages or bring your own alcohol and opt for bottle service.

Accessibility and Accommodation

Is the venue accessible for guests with disabilities?

Our venue is on a farm with gravel and unsteady grounds. We currently have no wheelchair accessible bathrooms. If you book an event and require wheelchair restroom accommodations, we can recommend a portable ADA option for your event rental.

Are there nearby accommodations for overnight guests?

We offer onsite lodging in our Lodge that accommodates up to 10 guests.

Does the venue provide parking?

Parking is complimentary, with valet services available for an additional charge.

Event Duration and Timing

What is the rental period? Are there any noise restrictions or curfews?

The Saloon Reception Hall is available from 10 AM to 9 PM. Please be mindful of local noise regulations as we strive to maintain good relationships with our neighbors. Weddings are for 5-6 hours for ceremony and reception including catering and liquor services. Times can be arranged for setup of décor/ vendor setups and breakdowns.

Staffing and Coordination

Will the venue provide staff for the event?

We do provide staffing and our staff will assist with setting up, managing waste, and teardown of your event. Staffing charges are based on event logistics and guest counts.

Is there an on-site event coordinator?

We provide a day-of-event coordinator for an additional fee. For comprehensive planning services, please contact our office, we can offer enhanced planning options for you by our experienced Wedding Planner.

Insurance and Security

Is event insurance required?

We require all events to carry special event insurance, naming Jones Farm as an additional insured. All outside vendors must have insurance and appropriate licensing.

What security measures are in place?

Our property is monitored by security cameras, and private event security can be arranged upon request.

What if bad weather affects my outdoor event?

Should inclement weather arise, we are fully prepared to help rearrange your event to an indoor setting, such as our saloon, ensuring a seamless transition.
