As the founder of Jones Farm, he’s passionate about creating a place where people can gather, celebrate, and connect with nature and one another. Guided by faith and driven by purpose, Layton continues to grow Jones Farm into something bigger than himself—an unforgettable destination rooted in Southern hospitality.

EVENT & PROPERTY COORDINATOR

Kara is the Event & Property Manager at Jones Farm, bringing over 10 years of experience in the event and hospitality industry. With a degree in Public Relations and Event Management from Austin Peay State University, she combines her expertise and passion to create unforgettable experiences for every guest. From weddings to retreats, Kara’s attention to detail and dedication to excellence ensure every event runs seamlessly. As a key part of Jones Farm, she also oversees property operations, maintaining its reputation as a premier destination. Kara’s love for creating memorable moments makes her an invaluable leader on our team.

COMMUNITY REP & EVENT COORDINATOR

Anita brings a vibrant blend of South Florida hospitality, lifelong experience, and heartfelt passion to her role as a Jones Farm Representative. Anita was greeting guests and helping run events before she was even ten years old. That early foundation grew into a career spanning hotel management, bartending, special event production, and community-driven gatherings across multiple cities. After relocating to Tennessee with her husband, Anita initially worked in hospitality and events at major hotels. But she soon felt called back to more intentional, hands-on experiences—ones that connect people and create true community. She made the bold leap to leave the corporate world behind and join Jones Farm full-time, where she now helps guests and clients craft memorable moments in a space that feels like home. Warm, driven, and deeply creative, Anita is passionate about assisting others to celebrate life’s milestones with authenticity & joy.

Meet Deacon, the four-legged ambassador of Jones Farm. With his chocolate coat, wagging tail, and signature charm, Deacon is always ready to greet guests with a smile. Whether he’s lounging by the pond, keeping an eye on farm life, or stealing a snack (and hearts) at events, he’s an essential part of the Jones Farm experience. If you see him around, be sure to give him a belly rub—he’s always up for making new friends!

Ashla is the queen of calm in the chaos and the glue that keeps the Jones crew grounded. She’s Layton’s better half, Delta’s biggest fan, and always the first to lend a helping hand with a smile. And Delta? She’s the tiniest (and cutest) boss on the farm—spreading sunshine, stealing hearts, and keeping everyone on their toes. Together, they bring love, laughter, and a whole lot of charm to life at Jones Farm.
